Flora & Associates LLC is accepting Art Therapist applications for Full-Time and Part-Time positions. This role provides clinicians with hands-on creative therapy experience in a supportive and collaborative environment. To ensure continuity of care for clients, therapists are required to commit to a minimum of two consecutive semesters. Art Therapists will gain experience working with diverse populations, facilitating therapeutic groups, and providing individual counseling under supervision.

1. Client Care & Retention

Provide art therapy services tailored to individual client needs, maintaining strong therapeutic relationships built on trust and professionalism.

Complete clinical notes and documentation accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards across all client care.

3. Process Improvement
