Flora & Associates LLC is now hiring Intake Coordinators for Full-Time and Part-Time positions. This role provides dedicated professionals with hands-on intake experience in a supportive and collaborative environment. To ensure continuity of care for clients, coordinators are required to commit to a minimum of two consecutive semesters. Intake Coordinators will gain experience working with diverse populations, coordinating care pathways, and providing seamless client onboarding under supervision.

Responsibilities

1. Client Care

Provide a warm, organized intake experience tailored to each client, maintaining strong relationships built on trust and professionalism.

2. Documentation

Complete intake forms and documentation accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards across all client care.

3. Process Improvement

Serve as the first point of escalation for clinical concerns and client crises. Assess risk, guide appropriate interventions, and escalate high-level situations when needed.

4. Caseload Oversight

Manage a consistent intake volume aligned with practice expectations, ensuring clients are scheduled effectively to maintain continuity of care and progress.

Participate in trainings and professional development. Maintain operational competency through continuing education and applying new knowledge to improve intake outcomes.

6. Quality Assurance

Identify and address intake risks, including high-risk client situations. Escalate concerns promptly and maintain ethical standards and professional boundaries at all times.

7. Team Collaboration

Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and leadership to support a positive team environment, contributing to discussions and maintaining client-ready spaces.

8. Communication

Communicate clearly with clients, families, and team members. Prepare reports and documentation reflecting intake accuracy, organization, and operational best practices.
