Flora & Associates LLC is accepting Clinical Intern applications for Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters. This internship provides graduate students with hands-on clinical experience in a supportive and collaborative environment. To ensure continuity of care for clients, interns are required to commit to a minimum of two consecutive semesters. Interns will gain experience working with diverse populations, facilitating therapeutic groups, and providing individual counseling under supervision.

1. Client Care

Provide supervised therapy services tailored to individual client needs, maintaining strong therapeutic relationships built on trust and professionalism.

Complete clinical notes and documentation accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards across all client care.

3. Process Improvement

8. Communication
