Flora & Associates LLC is accepting Clinical Intern applications for Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters. This internship provides graduate students with hands-on clinical experience in a supportive and collaborative environment. To ensure continuity of care for clients, interns are required to commit to a minimum of two consecutive semesters. Interns will gain experience working with diverse populations, facilitating therapeutic groups, and providing individual counseling under supervision.

Client Success Manager Responsibilities

1. CLIENT EXPERIENCE & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

Oversee the full client journey to ensure a positive, supportive, and seamless experience from initial contact through ongoing care. Maintain strong relationships by ensuring responsiveness, professionalism, and alignment with the organization’s values.

2. INTAKE & ONBOARDING OVERSIGHT

Manage and optimize the intake and onboarding process for new clients. Ensure timely communication, accurate information collection, and a smooth transition into services that reflects care, organization, and efficiency.

3. TEAM COORDINATION & SUPPORT

Act as a central point of coordination between clients, clinicians, and administrative team members. Ensure communication flows clearly and efficiently to support continuity of care and operational alignment.

4. CONTENT & MARKETING DIRECTION

Oversee content planning and execution by guiding the Content Creator. Develop and manage the content calendar, ensuring all materials align with brand messaging, community engagement goals, and organizational priorities.

5. PERFORMANCE & EXPERIENCE MONITORING

Track client satisfaction, engagement, and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Support leadership by providing insights that enhance service delivery and client retention.

6. PROCESS OPTIMIZATION

Continuously evaluate and improve client-facing systems, workflows, and communication processes. Implement structured approaches that enhance efficiency, clarity, and overall client experience.

7. PROBLEM RESOLUTION & ESCALATION

Address client concerns with professionalism and empathy. Identify issues early, provide timely resolutions, and escalate when necessary to ensure quality care and client satisfaction.

8. ADMINISTRATIVE & OPERATIONAL SUPPORT

Support day-to-day operations related to scheduling, communication, and client coordination. Ensure all processes are organized, consistent, and aligned with organizational standards.
