Flora & Associates LLC is accepting Clinical Intern applications for Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters. This internship provides graduate students with hands-on clinical experience in a supportive and collaborative environment. To ensure continuity of care for clients, interns are required to commit to a minimum of two consecutive semesters. Interns will gain experience working with diverse populations, facilitating therapeutic groups, and providing individual counseling under supervision.

1. Clinical Supervision

Provide ongoing supervision, case consultation, and mentorship to clinicians. Support treatment planning, ethical decision-making, and professional growth across all levels of experience.

Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Ensure adherence to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards across all client care.
