Flora & Associates LLC is accepting Clinical Intern applications for Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters. This internship provides graduate students with hands-on clinical experience in a supportive and collaborative environment. To ensure continuity of care for clients, interns are required to commit to a minimum of two consecutive semesters. Interns will gain experience working with diverse populations, facilitating therapeutic groups, and providing individual counseling under supervision.

Content Creator Responsibilities
1. CONTENT DEVELOPMENT
Design and create social media graphics, videos, and written content that reflect the brand’s tone, mission, and visual identity. Follow the content calendar and creative direction while ensuring consistency across all platforms. Incorporate relevant themes such as mental health awareness, community topics, and seasonal initiatives into content planning.
2. SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATION
Upload, schedule, and manage approved content across all platforms. Ensure captions, hashtags, and tags are accurate, professional, and aligned with brand voice. Monitor engagement trends and share insights to support ongoing content optimization.
3. BRAND REPRESENTATION
Maintain a strong understanding of the organization’s culture, services, and values. Ensure all content communicates professionalism, compassion, and inclusivity while reinforcing a cohesive and recognizable brand presence.
4. CREATIVE ALIGNMENT & QUALITY CONTROL
Ensure all materials follow brand guidelines, templates, and visual standards. Revise and refine content based on feedback to maintain high-quality, polished deliverables that reflect the organization’s standards.
5. STORYTELLING & COMMUNITY CONNECTION
Develop content that strengthens connection with the audience through thoughtful storytelling and meaningful messaging. Highlight services, team contributions, and community involvement in a way that builds trust and engagement.
6. COLLABORATION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Work closely with the Client Success Manager to execute content plans, meet deadlines, and align on creative direction. Participate in regular check-ins to review timelines, priorities, and performance.
7. TREND AWARENESS & INNOVATION
Stay informed on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices. Apply relevant insights to keep content fresh, engaging, and aligned with current digital standards.
8. COMMUNICATION & WORKFLOW SUPPORT
Communicate clearly regarding project progress, challenges, and creative needs. Support additional campaigns or initiatives as assigned while maintaining organized and efficient workflows.
