
Caitlin is well-versed working with individuals who have endured complex trauma and loss. She has supported individuals struggling with co-occurring disorders, attachment and adoption related issues. She has significant experience in case management within the child welfare system and navigating school, court and community resources.
While therapy can be perceived as intimidating and overwhelming, Caitlin is committed to meeting individuals where they are at by developing a comfortable and genuine space to facilitate conversation. Though we may not be in control of the environment and circumstances around us, Caitlin empowers her clients by working together to process and change how we can respond in a more effective way. She utilizes various treatment modalities to help navigate barriers and obstacles we all face in everyday life.
During her free time, Caitlin enjoys traveling to new places, discovering new music, and spending time with her dog, Louie.
