Kristin is a licensed social worker with a Master’s degree from Rutgers University. Working in the mental health field since 2013, Kristin draws her expertise from clinical work in group homes, hospitals, public schools, higher education and the community.
Kristin’s focus is with children, adolescents, and young adults who have different emotional and behavioral health challenges, including but not limited to ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, suicidal ideation, self harm, self esteem, peer and family relationship issues, life transitions, and school issues. With her diverse experience and background within the community, Kristin’s therapeutic approach utilizes a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, play and art therapies. She is also a huge advocate for mental wellness and self care. Kristin is excited and looking forward to helping clients reach their treatment goals.
When Kristin is not working clients, she practices self care by crafting with her Cricut machine, cooking, exploring new restaurants, and taking road trips with her family.
