Flora & Associates LLC is accepting Clinical Intern applications for Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters. This internship provides graduate students with hands-on clinical experience in a supportive and collaborative environment. To ensure continuity of care for clients, interns are required to commit to a minimum of two consecutive semesters. Interns will gain experience working with diverse populations, facilitating therapeutic groups, and providing individual counseling under supervision.

Clinical Supervisor Responsibilities
2. Documentation & Compliance
Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Ensure adherence to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards across all client care.
3. Crisis & Risk Management
Serve as the first point of escalation for clinical concerns and client crises. Assess risk, guide appropriate interventions, and escalate high-level situations when needed.
4. Caseload Oversight
Support clinicians in managing balanced caseloads while maintaining continuity of care, clinical quality, and alignment with practice expectations.
5. Training & Development
Identify growth opportunities, recommend continuing education, and support clinicians in building confidence, competence, and clinical expertise.
6. Quality Assurance
Monitor clinical outcomes and ensure consistency in treatment approaches, documentation, and care standards across the practice.
7. Team Collaboration
Work closely with leadership and team members to support a collaborative, communicative, and clinically aligned environment.
8. Operational Support
Bridge clinical and administrative workflows by supporting onboarding, system use, and process improvements that enhance overall practice efficiency.
