Daniella is a licensed social worker in the state of New Jersey and has experience providing mental health services for adolescents. Daniella graduated with her BSW from Seton Hall University and with her MSW from Rutgers University’s advanced standing program. Daniella has 3 years of experience providing counseling and therapeutic services for adolescents within schools-based programs consisting of facilitating after school group therapy, psychoeducational groups, individual therapy, and outreach services. Daniella has experience working together with adolescents with emotional and behavioral disorders. Daniella has experience providing educational counseling on substance use and has used restorative practices in reducing harmful behaviors for students in high school. Daniella’s therapeutic approach is empathetic, client-centered, strengths-based, and collaborative, while valuing empowerment and growth. In her free time, Daniella loves being around her family and friends. Daniella also enjoys cooking and traveling to new places.

With a wealth of experience accumulated over many years working in educational settings, Michelle possesses an extensive background in assisting individuals with disabilities. In her leisure hours, Michelle finds joy in spending time with family and friends, listening to music, watching movies and helping others.
