Flora & Associates LLC is accepting Clinical Intern applications for Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters. This internship provides graduate students with hands-on clinical experience in a supportive and collaborative environment. To ensure continuity of care for clients, interns are required to commit to a minimum of two consecutive semesters. Interns will gain experience working with diverse populations, facilitating therapeutic groups, and providing individual counseling under supervision.

Intake Coordinator Responsibilities
1. Client
Onboarding
Serve as the first point of contact, guiding new clients through intake and creating a smooth, welcoming start to care.
2. Scheduling & Coordination
Match clients with the appropriate clinicians based on needs, availability, and expertise to ensure timely scheduling.
3. Team
Liaison
Act as a liaison between clients, clinicians, and leadership to keep communication clear, responsive, and efficient.
4. Intake
Management
Collect, organize, and maintain accurate client information to support seamless onboarding and session preparation.
5. Follow-Up
Support
Engage with prospective clients to answer questions, provide updates, and support retention throughout the intake process.
6. Documentation
Accuracy
Ensure all intake records are complete, accurate, and properly maintained within the EHR and client systems.
7. Team
Collaboration
Work closely with clinicians and administrative staff to support workflows and enhance the overall client experience.
8. Compliance &
Standards
Maintain confidentiality and ensure all intake processes follow ethical, legal, and organizational guidelines.
