Gina provides individual and group counseling, and works closely with parents to support each child’s emotional growth and development. She is committed to creating a nurturing, inclusive space where young clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to reach their full potential.
Gina specializes in working with children and adolescents dealing with anxiety, behavioral challenges, social skill difficulties, self regulation, self esteem and overall mental health and well-being concerns. She takes a trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative approach to counseling, drawing from child-centered therapy, solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
Gina continues to expand her clinical skills through professional development and supervision. She is passionate about nurturing the whole child to foster long-term well-being and meets each client where they are with personalized, goal-oriented care.
Gina believes it is important to treat each client with individual care and respect each lived experience. Everyone walks in with a different story that needs to be heard.
Her story includes late nights watching the sunset on the farm I grew up on and star gazing with my husband on our favorite hiking trail. She loves traveling and exploring new places and can proudly say she had coffee where J.K. Rowling began writing Harry Potter in Edinburgh Scotland! Daily, Gina reminds herself to live each day with purpose and a grateful heart.
