Flora & Associates LLC is now hiring Counselors for Full-Time and Part-Time positions. This role provides clinicians with hands-on counseling experience in a supportive and collaborative environment. To ensure continuity of care for clients, counselors are required to commit to a minimum of two consecutive semesters. Counselors will gain experience working with diverse populations, facilitating therapeutic groups, and providing individual counseling under supervision.

1. Clinical Supervision

Provide counseling services tailored to individual client needs, maintaining strong therapeutic relationships built on trust and professionalism.

Complete clinical notes and documentation accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards across all client care.

3. Process Imrpovement

Apply current research and evidence-based approaches to enhance client outcomes, improving counseling methods and contributing to overall practice excellence.

4. Caseload Oversight

Manage a consistent caseload aligned with practice expectations, ensuring sessions are scheduled effectively to maintain continuity of care and client progress.

Participate in supervision, trainings, and professional development. Maintain clinical competency through continuing education and applying new knowledge to improve outcomes.

6. Risk Management

Identify and address clinical risks, including high-risk client situations. Escalate concerns promptly and maintain ethical standards and professional boundaries at all times.

7. Team Collaboration

Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and leadership to support a positive team environment, contributing to discussions and maintaining client-ready spaces.

8. Communication

Communicate clearly with clients, families, and team members. Prepare reports and documentation reflecting clinical knowledge, accuracy, and counseling best practices.
